About us

Our History

We’re more than just another estate agency in Lloret de Mar. We’re a small, close-knit team of women who share the same approach to our work: personal, friendly and honest service, from one person to another.

GCB Inmobiliaria is a family-run estate agency with over 40 years of experience in selling houses, detached homes, villas, land, plots, businesses and commercial premises in Lloret de Mar. We offer friendly, professional guidance throughout the buying and selling process to those looking for a home, a second residence or an investment on the Costa Brava, treating every property owner and every client as part of the family.

We don’t work with endless lists or impersonal processes. We know every street, every corner and every season in Lloret because we live here, and that local knowledge comes through in our advice. And since many of our clients come from elsewhere, our multilingual team helps you feel at home while speaking your own language.

With you every step of the way

We also have a “network of specialist professionals” at your disposal, including architects, engineers, master builders, painters and other specialists who enable us to offer our clients comprehensive support at every stage of their project, from buying or selling a property to renovating or improving it. We also work with professional groups and networking organisations, building strategic partnerships that allow us to provide our clients with a more comprehensive, efficient and specialised service, with support throughout the process.

We believe that buying, selling or renting a home is much more than a transaction. It’s an important moment in your life. That’s why we take the time to really listen to you, understand what you need and support you with warmth and honesty, without rushing or putting you under pressure.

For us, people matter most. Our goal is for every client to find their home, feel well looked after and become part of the GCB Inmobiliaria family, feeling right at home.

Founders

María Antonia

María Antonia Coll Boada is the CEO and owner of GCB Inmobiliaria, with over 20 years of experience in the property sector and an extensive professional background as a real estate agent (AICAT). She holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Studies and a Postgraduate Qualification in Online Marketing and Digital Communication, combining her in-depth knowledge of the market with a strategic, client-focused approach.

Born in Girona and a true Lloret de Mar local at heart, she has had a lifelong connection to the town. After years spent building her career elsewhere, she returned home, excited to create a venture of her own alongside her business partner. That was the beginning, almost two decades ago, of the agency that has since become Grup GCB.

Today, as the driving force behind the group, she personally guides every property purchase and sale, bringing something that only comes with years of experience: a deep understanding of the town, the market and the profession. She does so with warmth, sound judgement and the same passion and enthusiasm as on day one.

Her open and international outlook is also reflected in the languages she speaks: Spanish, Catalan, English, French and Italian. She can even get by in Russian.

She’s the one who makes every flat or house look its best. Originally from Colombia, she arrives, observes, finds the best light and captures the home in images and videos that truly tell a story. If a property has something special, she brings it out. Always ready to get involved, she enjoys her work and is constantly on the move. She speaks Spanish.

Morgane Tavernelli

Italian with a traveller’s spirit, she always finds a way to get things done. She’s the first face you see when you arrive at Grup GCB, the face of the agency and the person who keeps things organised, handles the unexpected and makes everything run smoothly for both clients and the rest of the team. Her warm, caring manner makes talking to her feel like talking to someone you trust. She speaks Italian, French, English, Spanish and Catalan.
